Doyce Heber Jouett

Doyce Heber Jouett, 82, of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away on September 17, 2017. He was born on June 12, 1935 in Turkey, Texas to Zach and Althea Jouett. He graduated from Frisco High School in 1954. Doyce married Janice Carolyn Buchanan in 1958 and they had two girls, Rebecca and Tammie. Janice passed away in 2009. After several years, Doyce met and married Betty L. Smith in June of 2016.

Doyce was preceded in death by his parents, Zach and Althea Jouett; brothers J.T., Milford, Bob; and sisters Annabelle, Wanda; and son-in-law Garry Partain.

Doyce worked as the warehouse manager in the aviation engine business for most of his career. He spent the last 15 years at International Turbine Service until retiring in 2000.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty and her children and grandchildren. His daughter, Rebecca Partain; her children, Stephanie Solomon and her husband, Nelson; Kristin Cummings; Travis Partain, Taylor Partain and 8 great grandchildren. His other daughter, Tammie Eisenmann and her husband, Gene; her children, Brittany Miller and her husband, Jesse; Jacob Eisenmann; Lindsey Eisenmann; Luke Eisenmann; Doyce's sister, Billie Pallett; Doyce's brother, Monte Max Jouett.

A visitation for Doyce will be held Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 22, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. An interment will occur at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers are Ron Combs, Gene Eisenmann, Jacob Eisenmann, Travis Partain, Taylor Partain, Randy Smith, Dany Smith and Nelson Solomon.
