Preceded by her husband of 28 years, Robert James Baxter.

Elizabeth had eight children Thomas, James, Sherry, Danial, William, Carol, Barney and Mitchell. She had 17 grandchildren.

Beth, as she was called lived her entire adult life in Irving Texas. Up on the passing of her husband she became an entrepreneur purchasing a quick stop gasoline and food store. She operated it until her retirement.
