Born on April 27, 2012, to parents Steven and Brandi Carter, she fought bravely and touched the lives of many for one so young.
Survivors: Emily is survived by her mother and father; brothers, Jacob Allen Carter and Matthew Evan Carter; grandparents, John W. and Cathy J. Evans, Tacie L. Evans, Ed and Joy Carter, and Donna Carter Smith.
