Eugene (Gene) Greene was born Feb 5, 1934 in Caruthersville, MO. He served his country for 12 years in the USAF during the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the MGA at Pecan Plantation Country Club for 12 years, enjoyed Golf, Bridge, and Pinochle, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Kittie Mae and Lawrence Austin Greene. Besides Barbara, his wife of 61 years, he is survived by brother, Max Greene and wife Addie of Deltona, FL; son Richard Greene and wife Deborah; daughter Debbie Williams and husband Billy; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N. Davis Drive, in Arlington.
