Evelyn Pauline Griffin

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington. Interment will follow at Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel.

Evelyn was born in Comfort, TX on August 19, 1918 to Stella and Richard Kott. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ira Lynn Griffin; one son, Richard Travis Griffin; and one brother, Elmer Kott.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Leonard Griffin and wife Robin, Donald Griffin and wife Kathi, and Martha McKinney and husband Randal; daughter in law, Linda Griffin; Grandchildren Aimee and Alvaro Valderrama, David and Sheana Griffin, Kelly and Bobby Harris, Alison and Paul Allen, Rachel and Skie O'mahoney, Jeremy Griffin, Amanda Mckinney, and Austin McKinney; great-grandchildren, Alex Romero, Paige Harris, Madison Griffin, Parker Allen, and Paxton Harris; sisters, Ida Flach and Mary Jane Schaetter and their familes. The family suggests memorials in memory of Evelyn to Universal Hospice, 5651 Bridge St., Fort Worth, TX 76112, Attn: Jon Glover.
