FB Goldman 104, passed away at his home in Arlington, TX. One of nine children, FB was the first son in the family of girls born to Walterlenzo "Babe" and Lorena 'Ma" (Hill) Goldman on December 7, 1915 in Philadelphia, Mississippi.
On March 6, 1944 FB was drafted into the US Marine Corp. He proudly served his country during WWII. As a Marine, FB was present to witness the infamous raising of the American flag during the Battle of Iwo Jima. He was discharged with honors on January 4, 1946.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Edna Richardson, Burnice Moore, Sula Fergeson,
Erdis Parker, Pauline Hardy and Lois Beason; and two wives, Ethal Lugene "Memaw" and Mavis "Grammy."
FB is survived by his brother, Rodney Goldman (Jewel);
sister, Walterine Sheffield;
and honorary 8th Sister, Catherine Hardy;
children, Clerance Goldman (Joyce) and Lynnette Pannell (Jerry);
grandchildren; Terry Goldman (Karen),
Melanie Evans, Jesse Pannell, Renee Miller, James Miller SR. (Robin),
Bryan Miller (Kelly), Keith Hulburt, and Cindy Leader;
greatgrandchildren; Dalton (Rachael), Nathan (Hope), Ashlynn (Hayden), Benjamin, Madison (Ashton), James II (JR) (Hailie), Cherie, Matthew,
Casey FB, Shelby M., Bradford, Catherine, Kristie, and Chad;
great great-grandchildren; Olivia, James III (JrJr), Brecken, Libby, Corie, Camdyn, Carly, Malory, Shelby B., Joe and Molly;
numerous nieces, nephews other family and many friends all who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday,
December 1, 2020 at Moore Funeral Home, Arlington, TX.
Interment with Marine honors will be held at 9:00 am Thursday,
December 3, 2020 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
