Memorial service: 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Moore Funeral Home Chapel.
Francis was born to John and Flora Moser, November 15, 1936, in Valliant, Oklahoma He was a diesel mechanic by trade and retired from Ryder. Francis was a happy-hearted man who loved fishing and spending time with his family.
Francis was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jack and Joe; and sister, Margie.
Survivors: Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Flora Moser; children, Vince, Lori, Bruce, Debbie, John, Susan, Deborah, Bill, Peggy and Jerry; sisters, Verdia, Vida, Vada, Margaret and Wanda; 20 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
