

Our beloved husband, brother, step-father, uncle, grandfather and friend, Frank Charles Bernard, 55, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 in Arlington, Texas. Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Sunday, February 16th from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Moore Funeral Home at 1219 N. Davis Drive in Arlington, TX. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 17th at 10:00am at Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Arlington, Texas with Rev. Msgr. Joesph S. Scantlin officiating.
Frank was born in Dallas, Texas and lived most of his life in Arlington, Texas. An Eagle Scout, Frank had a passion for life. He enjoyed travel, music, and especially remodeling and working on special projects. Frank graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in Accounting and obtained his CPA license. He was employed at Trinity Industries as an Accounting Manager.
Frank touched our lives with his unconditional love, his immense generosity and his devotion to those he loved. He was loved by many and will be missed immensely. To those who knew him, he was a master at thoughtful gestures and acts of kindness.
Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Bernard; his father, Frank Paul Bernard; his brother Victor Bernard; and his brother John Bernard.
Frank is survived by his wife of 20 years Barbara; brother Paul Bernard and wife Sandra; his stepdaughter Jennifer Regian and husband Will; grandson William “Liam” Regian III; nephew Sean and many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
