

Harvey was raised in Cuero and San Antonio, Texas. He moved to Ft Worth his last year of high school, graduated from Arlington Heights HS then received a Business Degree from University of Texas Arlington. Harvey married the love of his life Joan in 1965. They had four children.
In his professional life, he was a Scheduling Engineer at LTV and Lockheed Martin where he worked over 20years. Harvey was very involved in the International Space Station when Lockheed Martin was building the Photovoltaic Radiators at his plant in Grand Prairie, Texas. He was very excited to meet some of the astronauts that would be going to the space station when they visited his building before the November 30, 2000, launch.
In his spare time Harvey enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing cards with friends. He loved spending time with wife; they could be found dancing, eating out and going to the movies together. He had enjoyed traveling with his parents and his wife, especially overseas by plane or cruise ship to explore different parts of the world. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren on holidays and on trips to Rockport. His friends and family remember the funny stories he told, that happened to his family and made everyone laugh. He was a man of faith and a strong support to his family.
Harvey is preceded in death by his two sons Harvey Wehman II and Michael Wehman, his brother James Wehman, his parents Harvey and Margaret Wehman, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and parents-in-law Larry and Lydia O'Brien.
He is survived by his wife Joan Wehman; daughter Christine Daughenbaugh, husband Gary and their sons Gavin and Jude; daughter Carolyn Jabr, husband Josef, and their children: Christopher, Laura, Rebecca and husband Michael, Anthony and wife Sephora, and their new baby. He is further survived by nephews Wes and GuyBob and niece Stacy, Sister-in-law Jeanne and brother-in-law Frank.
