

Harvey was raised in Cuero and San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Arlington Heights High school and would go on to graduate from the University of Texas Arlington. Harvey married the love of his life Joan in 1965, and they had four children together.
In his professional life, he was a scheduling engineer at LTV and Lockheed Martin where he worked for over 20 years. Harvey was very involved in the International Space Station when Lockheed Martin was building the Photovoltaic Radiators at his plant in Grand Prairie, Texas. He was very excited to meet some of the astronauts that would be going to the space station when they visited his building before the November 30 , 2000, launch.
In his spare time Harvey enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards with friends, and golfing. He loved spending time with his wife, they could be found dancing, eating out and going to the movies together. He had enjoyed traveling with his parents and his wife, especially overseas by plane or cruise ships to explore different parts of the world. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, especially at holidays and on trips to Rockport. His friends and family will always remember him as a person who liked to tell funny stories that happened, and that he loved to laugh. He was also a man of deep faith, and was a strong support to his family.
Harvey is preceded in death by his two sons Harvey Wehman II and Michael Wehman; his brother James Wehman; parents Harvey Wehman and Margaret; many aunts and uncles, cousins and in-laws Lydia and Larry Obrien.
He is survived by his wife Joan Wehman; daughters Christine Daughenbaugh, her husband Gary and their sons Gavin and Jude, daughter Carolyn Jabr, her husband Josef, and their children; Christopher, Laura, Rebecca and her husband Michael, Anthony and his wife Sephora and their baby. He is further survived by nephews Wes and GuyBob and niece Stacy.
