I remember Howie from many years ago while we were related by marriage. He seemed to always be smiling, and was always very kind to me. RIP.


My condolances to the Smith family and friends of Howard, may he rest in peace.  I have known Howard for a very long time. He was a very loving person and family man. Howard and I kept in touch over the years on Facebook laughing over silly photos and comical cartoons. We both shared our families growth through pictures. I will never forget Howard and his joy for life. He will remain in my thoughts and prayers forever. Peace be with you Howard I know you're in a good place with your savior. I'm including a photo of me and my boys as they are grown now.
