Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Monday at Mayfield Road Baptist Church in Arlington, 1701 East Mayfield Road, Arlington. Interment: Moore Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home.

Jacob was born Sept. 25, 1998, in Arlington. He was a Christian and an honor student. He loved to play football and soccer. He was a skateboarding enthusiast. He was also an avid video game player as well as a music and movie lover. He was preceded in death by his "Nana," Cheryl Clingman, and "Pa-Paw," Donald Shaw.
