James ‘Cody’ Williamson Jr., age 72, passed away Monday July 17, 2017 in Arlington Tx. Cody was born on April 15, 1945 in Dallas Tx to James and Mildred Williamson. He married Carole Grogan on October 6, 2005
He was a proud Vietnam Veteran who was honored to have served his country. His respect for the flag was immediately apparent as it was displayed in every show he performed. Cody loved Country Music and happily shared this through his song and KJ gigs throughout the mid-cities. He enjoyed performing for his guests, and duets with many of them.
Cody is remembered and cherished by his wife, Carole Grogan; his children; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8pm, Thursday July 20, 2017 at
Moore Funeral Home in Arlington Tx.
Graveside services will be at 10am, Friday July 21, 2017 at
Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington Tx.
