Jeffrey Mason Rand was born on Saturday December 11, 1954, in Oceanside, New York to Jomer Arthur and Rhoda Mildred Rand.
Jeffrey will always be remembered as a great husband, relative, friend and colleague to all that knew and cared for him. Jeffrey will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with him.
An informal memorial service will be held to honor Jeffrey's life at Moore Funeral home. Casual attire is requested.
