Jesus V Hernandez

Jesus V. Hernandez, 67, of Arlington, passed away on June 11, 2020. He was born in Santiagito de Velazquez, Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico on August 12, 1952. He immigrated to the USA and became a US citizen on May 15, 1978. Jesus earned a GED in Michigan. He was married to Dolores C. Hernandez on October 17, 1979. Jesus worked for General Motors his entire career which covered a span of 44 years. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. He was inducted into the Knights of Columbus and was a regular volunteer throughout the years. Jesus had a passion for spending time with his family, especially the grandkids, and working out. Jesus also loved going to all his grandkid’s events whether academic or athletic. Jesus never missed any of his daughter’s events as they were growing up, he attended his four daughter’s music recitals, band and orchestra events. Jesus always took his family to the Catholic church and raised them in the Catholic faith. He was survived by Erica Hernandez, Monica Brandow, Jessica Moreno, Danica Hernandez, Mateo William Brandow, Alyssa Bella Brandow, Nathan Miguel Moreno, Alex Cruz Moreno, Jax Santiago Moreno. Jesus has two son in laws Robert William Brandow and Jose Moreno. Jesus was also survived by seven siblings located in the US and Mexico.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services. A visitation with Rosary will be held at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas on Sunday, June 21, 2020 from 5 PM until 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76017. Interment to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens.
