

Joe loved serving his country and did so for over 40 years. He was one of few Americans to serve in the Air Force, Marines, Army and Army National Guard. While serving with the Marines, Joe fought with The Golden Gloves in the bantam weight class. A devout Catholic, Joe had been a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church since moving to Arlington in 1964, and was also a member of the Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus. Joe loved his country, family, and faith in God. May he rest in peace surrounded by family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Dora Estrada, sister, Sally Rangel, and brother, Rudy Estrada.
Survivors: His high school sweetheart and loving wife of 57 years, Candy Estrada; son, Roland Estrada, daughter, Cynthia Dennis and her husband, Keith; grandsons, Daniel and Nathan Dennis; son, Richard Estrada and his wife, Theresa; grandson, Sean; daughter, Yvonne Estrada; son, Joe Estrada III and his wife, Karen; granddaughters, Stephanie and Kim; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Savana, and Hailey; brothers, Fernando Estrada and his wife, Connie, Albert Estrada and his wife, Julie from San Antonio, and brother, Roger Estrada and his wife, Martha from California; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of of family members and dear friends.
