John was born May 31, 1942 in Fort Madison, Iowa to Frank V. and Angela M. Moline. He graduated from Aquinas Catholic High School and then enlisted in the United States Air Force. He served for 20 years with one tour in Japan and two tours in Vietnam and retired as a Master Sergeant.
After retiring from the Air Force, John started a career within aviation maintenance for American Eurocopter and Aerospatiale. He retired from American Eurocopter after several years of dedicated service.
In his spare time, John enjoyed reading, watching Cowboy games, traveling, and was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church. He was an honest, kind, generous, independent, loving, and hard-working man. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
John was preceded in death by his first wife of 36 years, Janice E. Moline; his parents, Frank V. and Angela M. Moline; and sister, Anna Molina.
Survivors: wife of 23 years, Faye Moline; children, Lisa Moline Bohrer, Angela Moline Hack-Davis and husband, Randy, John H. Moline, Jr. and wife, June, Serena Carr and her husband, David, and Frank Angell and his wife, Cecilia; grandchildren, Clark Bohrer, John H. Moline, III, Stephen Moline and wife, Whitney, Michael Moline, Caroline Bohrer, Peyton Hack and fiancé, Maverick Keigher, Sarah Hack and fiancé, Nicholas Horridge, Alexa Davis, Bailee Moore and husband, Brandon, Sydney Davis, Chris Carr and his wife, Alex, Nick Carr, Nicole Angell, and Kaley Angell; great-grandchildren, Skyler Parker, Kyle Carr, and Kayleigh Carr; sisters, Carol McManis and husband, Bob, Mary Jo Stribling, and Jeanne Keester; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Monday, January 24, at Trinity Baptist Church, 2001 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, January 23, at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012.
