I had a dream about you two nights ago Jorge. It's been so many years, we were just kids back then. But this dream was so vivid and felt so real. Wondering if it was a sign? I only remember you from Marlen and pope elementary. Such a long time. I miss you though! Definitely a friendship that still remains in my heart. Gone too soon ♡

I did not know Jorge but I did get to know his friends and family. Many shared their memories of this great young man with me. Jorge...I wish I had known you because you left a lasting impression on so many lives and you will never be forgotten!

I remember Jorge as a very happy, respectful young man. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time. Our Pope family is also hurting for him and his family.  May all be comforted knowing he is at peace.

I had the pleasure of teaching Jorge in 4th grade at Pope. He was a kind, polite, thoughtful young man, and one of my all time favorites. His smile could light up a room for days! My prayers go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I am so sorry.

I taught Jorge in the 5th grade. He had a smile that could light a city and a personality to match. My heart goes out to his family and friends. I know that he will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
