Joyce Marrow, 72, of Arlington passed away Friday, Sept. 3, 2010. Graveside service: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va. Visitation: 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Joyce retired after 31 years of service with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. She was the only female chief in the Pacific field office. Stationed at Yokota Air Base in Japan at the AAFES headquarters, she was the toy buyer. Sales under her leadership exceeded $141 million. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Marrow, and her sister, Barbara Rivera. Survivors: Sons, Roger Marrow and wife, Stacey, and Mark Marrow, all of Sebring, Fla.; daughter, Beth Marrow Foster of Grand Prairie and her husband, Steve Foster; brother, Billy Coakley and wife, Helen; granddaughters, Jodi Griffith and Marnie Foster; and many nieces and nephews.
