Juanita Rodriguez

Juanita Garza Rodriguez went to be with her Lord on Sunday November 20, 2016 in Arlington, Texas at the age of 67. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2:00 pm on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Moore Funeral Home. Service will begin at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens.

Juanita Garza was born October 1, 1949 in Brownsville, Texas to Santos Garza and Viola Medina Garza. She spent childhood years in Brownsville. Juanita married Ramon Rodriguez on May 3, 1965 in Brownsville, Texas. She loved music, fashion, sewing, cooking, and above all God and family. She made blankets “cold covers” for the children with love and care.

Mrs. Rodriguez was preceded in death by her father and mother, and by one brother, Jose Garza.

Those left to treasure her memory are her husband Ramon Rodriguez, children; Orfelinda Walker, Alexander Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez Jr., and Rachel Ojeda, grandchildren; Heather Newsome, Amber Walker, Ashley Rodriguez, Alexander Rodriguez Jr., Adrianna Rodriguez, Stephanie Rodriguez, Clarissa Rodriguez, Natlie Rodriguez, Nathan Rodriguez and Megan Nauman, great-grandchildren; Jordyn Newsome, Bryant Newsome, Ta’lyn Warren, Adryn Meza, Mia Rodriguez, Annalie Esparza, and Andrew Montague Jr., siblings; Pedro Garza, Jesse Garza, Santos Garza, Robert Garza, Ruth Garza, Martin Garza, Gilbert Rodriguez.
