Judy was born June 9, 1950, in Ranger to Bill and Ouida Starkey. She grew up in Texas, but later graduated from high school in Anchorage, Alaska. She soon met and married Randy Allen and had two sons, Brock and Austin Allen.
Those close to Judy describe her as a loyal friend and loving mother. Judy worked at the family business Ranco for many years with her free time spent taking care of her two sons. One of her favorite pastimes was watching movies and late night television.
Survivors: Judy is survived by her sons, Brock and Austin; her beloved daughter, Michelle Christine; her parents, Bill and Ouida Starkey; her sister, Dona Strawn and husband, Carl; and son-in- law and nephew, John and Johnny Romberger.
