Judy was born September 24, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas to Griff and Mina D. Griffith. She married the love of her life, Gene Lowe, and they spent 59 wonderful years together. Judy was a longtime Arlington resident as well as a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Arlington. She also volunteered at Arlington Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Arlington Women's Club and Altrusa.
Judy was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her passion in life was her family and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Griff and Mina D. Griffith; sisters, Bettye Baker and Tommye Shackleford.
Survivors: husband of 59 years, Gen Lowe; sons, Paul Lowe and Cindy, of Lake Whitney and Danny Lowe of Austin; grandchildren, Taylor Lowe and Kyle Lowe of Oklahoma, Jake Lowe of Austin. Sister-in-law LuAnne Lombardi and Nicole of Arlington. And numerous other relatives.
