Memorial service: 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, in Moore Funeral Home Chapel, where family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 1 p.m.
Justin was born in Tulsa, Okla., on March 12, 1997. He was a part-time student and worked lifeguarding and racing services for Hurricane Harbor, Race Base, Run Time Racing, and any other race service that needed a hand. He had a passion for oceans, beaches, surfboards, unicycles and long boards, and he never met an animal he didn't like, except for butterflies, he was terrified of them.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Grandma Ruby and Grandma Marian.
Survivors: His parents, Sid and Shannon Southard; brothers, Tyler and Bryan Southard; grandfather, Charles V. Southard; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends who will all miss him greatly.
