

Ken was born on December 15, 1933 in Murdock, KS to Winner and Mary Emaline White Ingle. Ken spent his early childhood in Kingman, KS, then his family moved to Wichita, KS, which became his hometown. He graduated from Wichita East High School in 1951. After serving in the US Navy, Ken entered a long career in the manufacturing industry. Upon retirement, he began another career as an author of science-fiction and mystery novels.
He was preceded in death by his parents and all of his brothers; Roy, Glenn, James, Leonard, and Ellis, plus one brother, Ralph, who died before Ken was born, and a sister, Lois Ingle Kelly Cooper, who Ken never met. He is survived by one sister, Phyllis Aven.
Ken leaves as his legacy three children; Cathy Allen and husband Paul Berlfein, Debra Johnson and husband Ed, and Kevin Ingle and wife Karen; six grandchildren and four great grandsons; many nieces and nephews and his cat, Ginger.
Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N Davis, Arlington, TX 76012. Burial will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
