
Kinzie (Jerry) Gerald Cline, beloved husband of 43 years to Suzann, passed away peacefully at Baylor Medical Center in Carrollton, Dec. 24, 2014. The funeral will be 2pm Tuesday at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington. Visitation: 6:30-8:30 Monday. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens. Dr. Elliot Johnson of Dallas Theological Seminary officiating. He was born in Thomas, OK, on Sept. 15, 1946 to JD and Alice Cline. He graduated from Harlingen High School and joined the Marines after graduation where he served in the Vietnam War. He graduated from UT Arlington after returning home. He then graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary. He married the love of his life, Suzann Sweaney, on July 31, 1971. He and Suzann were missionaries in Indonesia for six years. After returning to the U.S., he was a pastor at Pantego Bible Church in Arlington, TX, a pastor at Upland Community Church in Upland, Indiana, and a chaplain at MarketPlace Ministries in Tyler, TX. Jerry and Suzie moved back to the Dallas area in 2013 to be close to their children and grandchildren. He enjoyed cooking on the grill and playing with his grandkids. He was predeceased by his father, JD and his daughter, Stephanie. He is survived by his mother, Alice Cline; his wife, Suzann Cline; his children, Toby Cline (Laura), Katie Cline (Scott Turner); his grandchildren, Kiley Cline, Bram Turner, Hollis Turner, and Ellie Cline; along with three brothers and two sisters. Memorial donations may be made to Gospel for Asia.
