Larry James House

Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Arlington. Interment will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the home of Larry and Jean House, 4503 Westen Club, Arlington 76017.

Larry was born April 4, 1954, to Harry and Lucy House in Arlington. He was a lifelong resident of Arlington and worked for more than 36 years at Yellow Freight as a local driver. Larry also served as the Teamster Steward in Fort Worth for more than 15 years. He met and married his wife, Jean Martin, on June 25, 1977. He loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother. Larry was a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church. He loved to watch sports and play golf. He had many friends and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry.

Survivors: Wife, Jean House; children, Wesley House (Cindy) and Holly House; grandson, Logan Williams; mother, Lucy House; brother, Gary House (Donna); nephew, Travis House (Nicole); nieces, Jennifer Davidson and Monica Richardson (Jerrion); and a host of beloved friends who were like family to him.
