

Lorraine was born in Minneapolis, MN on October 21, 1930. She had 3 sisters and one brother growing up. She graduated from high school in Minneapolis and worked for her uncle in the office of Olean Dairy.
Lorraine met her future husband, Paul at Children’s Gospel Mission during a youth choir camp. They married on July 7, 1951. Lorraine always felt she wanted to marry a preacher and felt strongly that God had called her for that ministry.
As Paul went through college and seminary they moved to Chicago where he had his first ministry job. Upon graduation they served their first church in Polk City, IA and then over the years to Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida and finally Arlington in 1976.
During their life they adopted 3 children, Kayleen, Tracy and Brian.
During her life she lost her husband in 1983 and her son Brian in 1992.
She is survived by: her children, Kayleen and husband Tim, Tracy and husband Marty; grandchildren: Jon, Jordan, Kristyn, Tyler, Robert and David; great-grandchildren: Kaylin, Kali, Lauren and the much anticipate arrival of Kinsley in July; brother, Ed Andrews and sister, Betty Bingham
She will be buried next to her husband at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington
Lorraine was not afraid or ashamed to share her faith in Jesus. As a family we would encourage all that share her faith to do the same.
II Corinthians 9:13 reads “Because of the service by which you have proved yourself, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ and for your generosity in sharing with them and everyone else.
Well done good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joy of thy Lord!
