Madison Maritza Jones, age 1 month, of Mansfield, TX passed away on Thursday September 21, 2017 in Palo Alto CA. Madison a happy baby was born August 14, 2017 in Mansfield, Texas to Zahira J Jones and William M Jones.
She gently touched our lives with her presence and left us forever changed. We shared only a moment, but we will remember her for an eternity.
Madison is survived by; father William Jones and mother Zahira Jones and family.
A visitation for Madison will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. Followed by a graveside service will occur at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington , Texas.
