Marjorie Edna Collins

Marjorie Edna Collins, 86, passed away on January 30, 2024 in Arlington, TX. She was born on October 3, 1937 and raised in Birmingham, Alabama to Edgar Harold and Emmaline Marjorie Finney. She was married to Tommy Lloyd Collins, the love of her life. She is survived by her three daughters, Debbie (David), Genie (Gus), Melissa (Jim). She was loved by her 4 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.

She worked for the LTV Corporation for many years as a Secretary where she formed many great and long lasting friendships. She had a gift for creating and maintaining relationships and was a member of many ladies’ groups in Arlington.

Her family and friends will remember her for her high energy and enthusiasm for life, her skill as a card player, an animal lover and a frequent ocean cruiser.

She is preceded in death by Tommy Collins who passed away in 1997.

A visitation for Marjorie will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.

A funeral service will occur at Moore Funeral Home, Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM with a Committal service following at 12:00 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens.
