Arlington, Mark Alan Freeman, 55, was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2013. Mark was born in Dallas, Texas to Kenneth and Marjorie Freeman on June 06, 1957. He spent his life in the north Texas area where he worked as a Police Officer and Deputy Constable for over 30 years. He had a passion for music and was a talented pianist performing at many churches and functions around the area including Meadowlane Baptist Church his church home. Mark had many hobbies he pursued including Tai Kwon Do in which he held a black belt and spent many years on a demo team and instructing classes. He excelled as a photographer capturing his favorite outdoor places as well as the animals he loved. Mark spent his free time watching sports and collecting baseball cards and memorabilia. While he had many hobbies he also loved the Lord and his family and recently became “G-Pa” to a grandson whom he absolutely adored. Mark was preceded in death by his grandmother Ruth Chapman and mother Marjorie Freeman. He is survived by his father Kenneth Freeman, Brother David Freeman and wife Leigh Ann, Sister Mary Lynn Dicarlo and husband Duane Dicarlo, and his only daughter Rachel Nicole Gebhardt, husband Geffrey Gebhardt, and Grandson Grayson Lynn Gebhardt.
