Mary Elizabeth Kitchen

Mary Elizabeth Ellis Kitchen was known to us as Beth, Mom, and Granna. She loved the Lord and her family. She was married to Bill Kitchen for 48 years and was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and Christian. Beth was one of 11 children born to Burlie and Josie Ellis. She was born in Blooming Grove, Texas where she grew up on a share cropper farm. Over her life, she was active in her church and community. She was in Bible Study Fellowship for 39 years, an avid seamstress, a volleyball referee, and a competitive athlete along with many other roles. She was a member of First Baptist Church Dripping Springs, and a volunteer at the Hill Country Senior Center in Dripping Springs.

Beth is survived by her children; Lynne Vallejo (Dripping Springs, Tx) Larry Kitchen & Laurie (Kilgore, Tx) and Laura Miller and Bill (Montgomery, Tx), Grandchildren: Erin Foster and J, Lance Kitchen and Lauryn, Lucas Kitchen and Kristah, Danny Miller and Katrina, Levi Kitchen and Kallie and Jackie Boyd and Andy, 13 great grandchildren: Eva, Nico, Isla, Lily, Peyton, Loralyn, Eily, Jessa, Elijah, Grace, Eli Jack, Bowen, Leighton, many nieces, nephews, family and loving friends.

Beth is preceded in death by husband, Bill Kitchen, parents, Burlie and Josie Ellis, and siblings, Ruth Gainer, Lorene Holliefield, William Ellis, Louise Hatley, Joe Ellis and Pauline Sirjord.
