Mary Belle Waits passed away August 22, 2011. Visitation will be at Moore Funeral Home Friday, August 26 from 6pm to 8pm. Services will be held Saturday in the funeral home chapel at 9:30 am. Burial to follow at Bazette Baptist Cemetery in Kerens, Texas at 12:30 pm
Mary Belle was born on June 19, 1926 in Miami, Texas. She was a beloved wife and mother. Mary was a Methodist Sunday school teacher, a Eastern Star member, a girl scout leader, an artist, and the Valedictorian of Mobidie, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Waits and survived by her son Scott Waits and wife Diana; daughters, Susan, Patricia and Kay Waits; 3 nephews and their families; grandchildren, Benjamin Waits, wife Ashley and great grand daughter Abigail Waits, Christopher Waits, Jennifer Waits Sours and husband, Joe;
