Melissa Brooke Hayden

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Melissa Brooke Hayden. Melissa was born on October 8, 1984, and will be remembered as a beautiful light in the lives of all who knew her.

Melissa was the cherished daughter of Mike Hayden and Bobbie Gene Hayden, and a deeply loved sister to Lacey Velasquez. Above all else, Melissa was a devoted and loving mother to her son, River Lopez, and her daughter, Juliet Rebell, who were the greatest joys of her life.

Melissa was known for her fierce love and unwavering loyalty to those she called family and friends. She was a protector by nature, a faithful friend, and someone who loved deeply and wholeheartedly. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, strength, and warmth to so many people.

Her love for Jesus was evident in the way she lived her life. Melissa carried a joyful spirit and a faith that inspired those around her. She was a bright light in this world, and her compassion, kindness, and radiant heart will never be forgotten.

Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her love and memory will continue to live on through her children, her family, and all those blessed to know her.
