Michael Joe Abbott

Michael Joe Abbott, age 68, left this earthly home on March 30, 2024 from Crowley, TX. He was born May 18, 1955 in Fort Worth, TX to Charles and Norma Abbott. Mike was raised in Arlington, after school he joined the Army and served for four years. He married Vickie Orr on May 18, 1999 and they had 25 years of wonderful marriage together. He was a Trucker most of his life; his true passion was riding his Harley or any motorcycle. In his free time, he enjoyed grilling, attending NASCAR races, fishing, camping and being in the garden with his grandkids. He was a part of the Rambin Gamblers motorcycle club. His family and friends will always remember Mike as being quite the character and grill master! He was a proud and loving “MPA”

Mike is preceded in death by his parents; Charles and Norma Abbott; brother, Jim Abbott; sister, Sheran Moffett; daughter, Michelle Abbott Qualls.

Left to cherish his memory; beloved wife, Vickie Abbott; daughter, Rachel Abbott Kampa; brother, Charles Abbott; stepdaughters, Sarah Littlejohn and Jamie Powers; grandchildren, Breeley Kampa, Bryson Kampa; Kaisee Littlejohn, Blake Littlejohn, Brendon Regan, Karlee Smith, and Kaedyn Smith; great-grandchildren, Brynlee Pearce and Carter Littlejohn; along with several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
