Noe Garza was born on Monday January 2, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas to the parents of Andrew Garza and Alicia G. Silva.
He attended W.B. Ray in Corpus Christi, Texas in from 1975 to 1976. A hard-working man, Noe was employed for over 14 years at Omni air.
Noe will always be remembered as a great brother, relative, friend and colleague to all that knew and cared for him. Noe will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with him.
