I knew Olga when we worked together at Abbott Laboratories in Irving. I remember all the times she would sneak up on me when I was concentrating real hard on my work. She would whisper the most insane things into my ear and before long she would have us both cracking up. Her sense of humor and cheerful outlook was such a blessing to all who knew her. I can still hear her voice and her laughter. For all the times your brought a smile to my face, I thank you. Now I found that you have passed, you have broken my heart. You were a dear dear friend.

My prayers  and condolences to my brother Narcizo and my nephews  Cecil and  Beto  and to her daughter in laws and her grandchildren.  Please know that she loved all of you so much and she was very proud of  each and everyone of you.  She came into my brothers life when he needed her the most.  I have so many memories of Olga.  I will always miss you.  Until we meet again Rest In Peace.  

To our Mom, Grandma Abuela, Shinálí Asdzą́ą́,
We are so very thankful for all you have done, how you have guided each of us, and the love you have shown. Your grandkids wanted to honor you with love, respect, and appreciation. We mourned and celebrated our love for you for four days from the viewing…our Navajo way…no washing of our hair and keeping positive thoughts for Grandma Abuela. Memories were spoken, tears shed, laughter heard, and some silence. Today…on our fourth day, we woke before dawn to wash our hair and wash the mourning feelings that may have kept us down. We made sure to let some of the sudsy water from our hair collect in a bowl. It was still dark outside and even Junior woke (in pain from Recovery Day 2 of his wisdom teeth extraction) to partake in our ritual. Catori, our Benny, Junior, and myself…we were finished and dressed to go outside to greet the day. The morning light was beginning and rising. We poured our bowl of water and suds on the West side of a growing tree saying a prayer of continued growth and protection. Facing East, we each took some corn pollen on our fingertips and sprinkled some on our head, on our lips and tongue, and then out to leave a trail straight in front of us to the morning light. We made sure to say another prayer for continued blessings, positive spirit, and rest for you. The final step was for each of us was to smudge the red clay on our cheekbones signaling we will be strong going forward. We love you and will miss you so very much!

I was so saddened by Olga’s passing knowing what a great loss it is for Uncle Narcizo, Cizo and Beto. Olga was a strong woman whom I always admired, loved and respected.  She was the kind of mother others respected - independent, smart, strong and so wise! I am grateful for all the times she was there for all of the important moments in my life - graduation, college graduation, marriage, to meet my daughter Mia when she was born, and so many other important junctures in life. Uncle Narcizo, Cizo, Beto, I love you all very much and am praying that your hearts will hurt a little less everyday. Rest In Peace Aunt Olga.

    You were there for since the 1st second i was born. You always loved me and cared for me like i was one of your sons. I miss the times i go visit you to see how you doing. I will miss the times i play jumbo checkers on that big checkboard rug you had on the living room floor and play me. You would come pick me up to go to SGP football games when either Beto or Cecil was in band i believe. You were there at my High School Graduation Ceromony even though it was your sons high school rival. AHHHHH GP!!! Sorry Beto and Cecil!!! You were there when my mom suffered a severe asthma attack and you came over as soon as she called her. You took me to hospital when i busted my head open due to me and beto horseplaying in the living room. You werent happy about it but you made sure i got my head treated. I got six stiches for that. You careing, toughness, love for others is something i will cherish and take from you for the rest of my life!!! I will miss you and i love you so much Tia Olga. May you rest in peace!!!

I love my Sister so much and i will never forget her. She took care me so much and i took care of her as much as i can. We came down here to Grand Prairie together to start our own journey and i think we did just fine. We had our up and downs but we are still together and we had each other backs. She loved my son so much like he was one of her own sons. My husband cared about you so much because he always asked about you and see how you doing. Now that you with God you are now in peace!!! I love you and i miss you Olga!!!

We are so sorry for your loss. I only had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Granado a few times, but she was always upbeat, positive, and ready to lend a helping hand. She raised a wonderful son in Beto who has become one of my best friends (and I am picky when it comes to friends). 😉 I know she was very much loved and respected by all who knew her. May she rest in the Father’s arms in peace. Love to all!

We are deeply sadden to hear of your moms passing Beto. Ur like a brother to me. Ur mom always cared so much about everyone....She will always be in our prayers and thoughts.  I remember her picking on me about not having a girlfriend... or when I was gonna get married... and now she's gone and won't meet my upcoming son...😥 Know that we are always here for the Granados!!! MOM...There aren't enough words to express what you mean to me and how much I Love you. You are a great mom, a super mom, a mom that showed us that life is not easy and that we have to work for what we want. Thank you for being you. 

I promise I will never burn the chicken because I know how much you hated burnt bbq chicken. You are why I love to cook. I will learn to make your rice and the people are going to love it!! I will miss you coming over to our backyard BBQs and you making your rice. Everybody loved it. There was never any left. 

You and Dad did a great job in raising us and you were always there for us no matter what. Thank you! I Love you!!

I wanted to leave a message to the Granado and Garcia Family.   I met Olga and Narcizo about 13 years ago.  My sister, Melinda had started dating Beto.  My family was doing what we could to care for my mom who was suffering from ALS.  My mom needed constant care and Melinda and Beto did what they could to care for Mom while she spent time in Arlington.  Beto, Jose, Olga and Narcizo very quickly became my nieces, Marisa and Alise's new family.  At a time when they were losing one grandparent, they were blessed by gaining new grandparents with Olga and Narcizo, not to mention a new little brother, Jose.  Olga stepped up with open arms for my nieces and it made me happy to know that she would be there for 
Marisa, Alise and Melinda.  They loved their Grandma Olga and made many wonderful memories with her.  I want to offer my condolences to the entire Granado family.  

Please know that you are on our hearts and in our prayers. We are so sorry to hear about your Moms passing, Beto. Your sweet memories will be of great comfort. May you find comfort and the peace that passes all understanding.....as you walk this journey. Prayers and hugs for you and your family.
