She dedicated her life to her family and was very active in her church. She will always be remembered for her love of God, her family, music and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Infante, granddaughter Cayla Infante, and brothers Humberto Quintanilla and Abel Quintanilla.
She was survived by her son Oscar (Laurie) Infante; granddaughters Cassi, Sara, and Jessica; and siblings David (Grace) Quintanilla, Eddie (Diana) Martinez, Tillie Gonzales, Willie (Alma) Martinez, Mona (Alfred) Aguilar, Eloisa (George) Morales and Hector (Beatrice) Martinez.
A memorial service for Pauline will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, Arlington, Texas. An inurnment will follow at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington, Texas.
