

Pretei Emil Lemo was born on December 4, 1997, in Nigeria to Queen Parker and Dr. Pretei Lemo, who raised him with love, strength, and unwavering support. From a young age, he displayed a vibrant spirit, a kind heart, and a natural ability to bring joy to those around him.
Pretei's infectious laughter, his calm and caring nature, and his gift for turning ordinary moments into cherished memories made his presence a delight that we will crave forever. Pretei treated everyone with kindness and respect. He never met a stranger, and he had the best stories.
He attended Greenville Christian School and the University of North Texas. As a hardworking and ambitious man, he pursued a career in Software Engineering where his dedication, creativity, and passion left a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pretei was a man of many passions. He found joy in mixed martial arts (MMA), soccer, music, traveling, and gaming. Whether he was cheering on Manchester United, playing the keyboard, beating his little brother on the PS5, or building legos with his little cousin, he embraced every experience with enthusiasm and love.
More than anything, Pretei was devoted to his family and friends. He cherished his relationships and was a source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support to everyone around him. His love for the people in his life knew no bounds. He took great pride in being a loyal son, brother, partner, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was a lot of good things to a lot of people.
He is survived by his parents, Queen Parker and Dr. Pretei Lemo; his siblings, Tari Lemo, Mason Lemo, and Vincent (Anna) Nwosa; the absolute love of his life, Alexia Moore; his grandmother, Mrs. Lady Timi Leghemo; one precious nephew; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Chief Barr Solomon Buta Kaizar-Leghemo; his maternal grandfather, Chief Parker Daniel Osumawei; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Florence Parker Osumawei - all of whom undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
