Richard H. Cartwright, 76, born on January 11, 1937 in Fort Worth, Texas to parents Hershel & Wanda Cartwright, passed away on May 3rd, 2013 in Arlington, Texas. Richard graduated from Polytechnic High School in 1955; He attended UT of Arlington in the ROTC program for 2 years and served in the Naval Reserve for a year.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Geneva N. Cartwright; sons Richard B. Cartwright, Gregory B. Cartwright M.D. & wife Fan, C.K. Cartwright; along with seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Richard was well loved and will be sorely missed by all his family and friends whose lives he touched. The family will be accepting guests at Moore Funeral Home on Monday, May 6th, 2013 at 6pm till 8pm.
Service will be held at Woodland West Church of Christ, 3101 West Park Row Drive, Arlington, Texas 76013, at 3:00pm with interment to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens.
