Judy and Family,

I never met any of you but I have known Ric through Fast Swimming for the past four years. He was truly a great man that cared deeply for others. I just found out today and wish I had known earlier. We had many great conversations and he provided excellent advice. Today my heart is broken but I know he is at peace and I will miss him dearly. I wish you all well and bid you Godspeed. Blessing to you!

You made a difference in the lives of so many kids. You and Judy helped redeem those who most thought unredeemable. You will be missed.

Judy, you and your family are in our thoughts. You and Ric have helped so many people, turning your own personal tragedy with Katie into helping others with their losses. So again Judy, another difficult page for you in your book of life. I hope your family and friends will be the support you need through this. Bless your heart.

I am so sorry to hear of Ric's passing. Goad always takes the good one's too soon. We only met him, last month, for my daughter's swim lessons. And I was saddened and shocked to see he passed, we were planning on continuing in the Spring and he sent me a nice message pleased to hear, she would continue and he would see us then. I just read his obituary and impressed to see he accomplished so much. Prayers for your family.

Judy, Sara, Jennifer, Julie and family and friends,
It was been my privilege to have a close friendship with Ric for 41 years. His contribution to society was more than anyone else I have known in my life's travels. With his great personality and smile, he could have attained great success in business...he was never about money.....but always about service to others. It was my privilege to call him "friend". The memorial service, scripture, and songs were well selected....I commend the family on their choices.

Dear Judy and family,
Ric and I worked together this past summer to keep the Ridglea Swimming Pool up and running. RPA and the community at large has lost a truly wonderful, talented, hardworking, and compassionate man. My deepest sympathy and prayers to the Nesbit family.
