Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Memorial service: to follow at noon at St. Stephen United Methodist Church in Arlington.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Stephen United Methodist Church.
She was born in Fort Worth on Dec. 22, 1933. June graduated from Paschal High School and received a nursing degree from Texas Wesleyan. She married Charles Guy Hazlewood on April 9, 1955. June had a career in nursing for over 35 years as an RN. She was a member of St. Stephen United Methodist Church and had a passion for reading, helping people, and demonstrating a life lived for Christ.
Survivors: Son, Charles L. "Chuck" Hazlewood and wife, Inelda, of San Antonio; son, James G. Hazlewood and wife, Yvonne, of Fort Worth; daughter, Susan Hazlewood of Irving; son, Robert C. Hazlewood and wife, Vickie, of Tuttle, Okla.; and son, William J. Hazlewood and wife, Janet, of Belton; and 10 grandchildren.
