Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5819 W. Pleasant Ridge Road, Arlington. Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington.
Sal was born in Carini, Italy, on Nov. 20, 1948. Sal graduated with a bachelor's degree in Italy. Sal met and married the love of his life, Rita Cucci, in December 1972. Sal was a executive chef and restaurant owner of La Gondola in Mansfield. He had a passion for cooking and enjoyed entertaining his family and friends. He will be surely be missed by all who knew him.
Sal was preceded in death by his father, Vito Cucci, and brother, Anthony.
Survivors: His loyal and loving wife, Rita; children, Anthony, Daniella, Laura and Stefano; grandchildren, Jacob, Alexander, Isabella, Gianluca and Giuliana; and mother, Vita Cucci.
