Seth Vernon Nutt

Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Euless. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Seth retired from Dairy Farmers of America in 1989 after 34 years of enjoyable service. Seth was a very dedicated Christian. He served as deacon, Sunday school director, Prayer Ministry and visitation along with his wife, Dell, for the last 30 years at First Baptist Church of Euless.

Seth was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Naomi Dell Barnes Nutt; an infant son; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Nutt Sr.; and brothers, Bill and Rufus Nutt.

Survivors: His son, John McNutt and wife, Julia, of San Diego, Calif.; daughter, Kathi Wilson and husband, Richard, of Ennis; grandchildren, Patrick Wilson and wife, Michelle, of Austin, Lori Garcia and husband, Bryan, of Edmond, Okla., Eric Wilson and wife, Diedre, of Rowlett, Jill, Jenna and Jordyn McNutt, all of San Diego, Calif.; and great-grandsons, Jackson and Nicholas Garcia of Edmond, Okla., and Joel Wilson of Austin.
