Our Stage West "village" has lost one of our elders. All your neighbors are missing you, but we know you're at peace. Thanks for being a true friend. You will be greatly missed.

After They Are Gone


When someone we love passes away,
We ache, but we go on;
Our dear departed Shee Ho Chin would want us to heal,
After they are gone.


Grief is a normal way to mend
The anguish and pain in our hearts;
We need time to remember and time to mourn,
Before the recovery starts.


Let's draw together to recuperate,
As we go through this period of sorrow;
Let's help each other, with tender care
To find a brighter tomorrow.

Now the laborer's task is over; 
Now the Battle day is past; 
Now upon the farther shore 
Lands the voyager at last. 

It is with great sorrow that we part with our brother, Shee Ho Chin on this side of Jordan, but oh what joy when we meet on the other side. When we reach that blessed homeland, where there's everlasting day; on that bright and blessed morning, God shall wipe all tears away. 

Always bear in mind that spirit was never born and spirit can never die. Remember that God gives grace for each trial, and courage for each sorrow and faith to face in confidence a blessed, sweet, blissful and bright tomorrow. 

I had the pleasure of being a neighbor of Mr.& Mrs. Shee Ho Chin for many years. Both he and his wife were two of the finest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. The entire Stage West neighborhood was sadden to hear of his home-going. As I go to my Father in prayer, I will ask for a special blessing for the entire family of Mr. Shee Ho Chinn.
