She was born Susan Yvonne Long on August 8, 1949 in Oakland, California, a daughter of David Martin Long and Joan Spohn Long.
Susan was a member of the Girl Scouts of America for over 20 years. She had a passion for reading, and would read anything that would keep her company and give her knowledge. Susan was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church where she taught first grade Sunday School for 23 years. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister and will be deeply missed.
Susan is survived by one son, Christopher Lundy and wife Elizabeth; one daughter, Jessica Lundy; mother Joan Long; one brother, David Long; and grandson Marlin Lundy.
