To Luong was born on Monday February 22, 1943 in China before moving to Vietnam, then settling in the Arlington, TX.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years, Nu; children: David Luong (Elisa Leung), Phong Luong (Christina Tran), Lin Luong, Vi Luong, and Karen Luong-Floyd (Craig Floyd); grandchildren: Lauren, Parker, Preston, Mason, Charlotte, and Natelie; sister, Nu Luong; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
