Departed this Life and entered God’s loving arms Friday, June 29, 2018, at age 90. Louise was the loving mother of Connie Bassett, Robert Charles “Charlie” Smith and Howard Smith. She was the proud grandmother of Tina, Lisa (deceased), Wendy, Lacey and Krista. She was also the dear great grandmother of Gavin, Jake and Sophia. Louise will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Louise is preceded in death by her loving parents Troy and Lillie Elliott.
Louise retired from the State of Texas Human Resource Department.
A private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to a charity of your choice.
Louise is now an angel among us and will always be loved, remembered and missed.
