She was born February 6, 1934 in Wichita Falls, TX
to Ira L. and Ouida Maie Cain.
She was married to Ray Buckingham on December 22, 1955.
Ginny was the secretary at Pope Elementary School for 23 years. After retirement in 1995, she substituted for about 15 years all around the AISD. For nearly 20 years, Ginny worked each Saturday with the City of Arlington Master Composter Program.
Ginny was preceded in death by her parents
and her sister, Ouida Don Cain.
Survivors: her husband, Ray; son, Chris (wife, April Hill); daughter, Alison Keithley (husband, Mike); grandchildren Leila Lewis (husband, Mike), Schuyler Keithley, Austen Evans (husband, Garrett), Ryan Keithley and Lillian Buckingham; great-grandchildren, Kassidy, Rylee and Dominic Lewis.
