Walter Jackson

Walter Jackson, age 80, of Waxahachie, Texas passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Walter was born May 4, 1941. Walter was very honest, a veteran, hard working man. He retired after 33 years from Liv. Corp. as a lead man in the production control. He loved to run his trot lines at Lake Tawoisoni and Lake Waxaichie.

He enjoyed watching sports, especially his Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners.

He loved his family and was a true and loyal friend. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a kind caring disposition. He never turned down anyone who asked for help. He was never, ever late for work.

He was baptized Christian and will spend eternity with his lord and savior Jesus Christ. He will be missed and loved forever by his family and thank god that we were all blessed with him.

Walter is preceded in death by his sainted mother, Ona Belle Jackson, father Floyd Jackson, Brother Melvin J, and sister Doris Elmore.

He is Survived by his wife of 49 years Myrna Jackson, son James Marcus Jackson, Daughters, Lana Morales and Gina Mashoff, granddaughters, Markie Belle Jackson, and sisters Peggy Oliver and Patricia Capheart.

A visitation for Walter will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A committal service will occur Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
