

William “Bill” Glen Baron, age 89, peacefully left this earthly home on August 13, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. He was born on January 4, 1936, in Dime Box, Texas to Herbert A. and Alberta Spacek Baron. Bill or (Billy as he was called) was raised in Caldwell, Texas after high school he attended Texas A&M University graduating in 1959. He was a very proud Aggie!!
Bill met the love of his life Martha Ann Miller, and they were married after a brief courtship in 1964; they had one son Jason William. Bill was a purchasing manager at Mesco Metal Building in Grapevine, Texas for more than 30 years.
In his free time Bill enjoyed several sporting activities, golf, tennis, fishing, and coaching little league baseball. He adored going to Sunday School and fellowshipping with friends at New World United Methodist Church where he was a longtime member. He was also a devoted member of The Free Masons and Shriners. Bill will always be remembered as a kind, sweet, generous, and loving man who cherished his friends and family.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother and father, Herbert and Alberta Baron; brother, Donny Baron; great nephews, Ryan Baron, Marcus McManus, and Chase Baron; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Left to cherish Bill’s memory is his beloved wife of 61 years; Martha “Marty” Ann Miller Baron; Son, Jason William Baron of Arlington, Texas and longtime friend Heather Barton; brother, Herbert A. Baron Jr. and wife Jane Ann of Caldwell, Texas; sister, Judy Baron Stevener and husband Ralph of College Station, Texas; sister-in-law, Pat Baron of Sommerville, Texas; brother-in-law, Michael Miller and wife Barbara of San Antonio, Texas; 7 Nieces and 6 nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday August 18, 2025, from 6-8pm at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr Arlington, Texas 76012
Graveside service will be August 23, 2025, at 10am at the Masonic Cemetery west 12 street, Caldwell, Texas 77836
