Jeanine, may you remember Billy with each rising and setting sun, every gentle breeze that blows and seems to whisper his name, raindrops for the tears he shed on this Earth, and snowflakes that indicates the pure, devine soul of an angel called to Heaven.  Gone but certainly not forgotten.
